Mouse C57 Embryo sagittal Frozen S

Product description

E15 mouse embryo frozen sagittal sections are made from freshly collected tissues, pressure frozen in OCT ™ blocks, sectioned to a thickness of 7-10 microns, and mounted on positively charged slides (2 sections per slide). Zyagen offers high-quality frozen sections of whole C57BL / 6 mouse embryos at different stages of pregnancy from E11 to E18 in sagittal orientation.

Pregnancy is accurately determined by observing the vaginal plug. The date of the plug is considered the first day of gestation. Sagittal sections are made near the midline of each embryo, so most of the major embryonic tissues/organs are shown in each section. Embryos are frozen in OCT blocks, sectioned 7-10 microns thick, and mounted on positively charged slides (2 sections per slide). Fixed mouse embryo frozen sections are also available upon request.

Quality Control:

Tissue sections are H&E stained and examined by histologists with 25 years of experience to ensure excellent morphology and high quality.

Applications:

The “frozen tissue” sections are prepared in an environment free of RNase, DNase, and protease and are ideal for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.

Packaging / Shipping:

Frozen sections are shipped in hermetically sealed slide boxes or slide envelopes on dry ice and are valid for one year if stored properly.
